Meditation:
The Awareness Approach

Meditation
is easy

with Jacob Felder's straightforward approach.
Jacob uses a practical method, plain language,
and a logical progression to introduce you to the practice of meditation. He teaches you what meditation is, how it works, and
how to make it work for you.

Training focuses on recognizing the natural
changes in brain waves and learning how to elicit
and control these changes to your own benefit.
