New Meditation Group meets Wednesday evenings 7:45 to 8:45 pm, at the Yoga Gallery 633 N. Trade Street in Winston-Salem's Downtown Arts District No fee required; Donations appreciated! Facilitated by Jacob Felder. Group Meditation is open to the
public;
you are not required to participate in any other classes. This gathering is for both experienced and beginning
meditators who are looking for a group setting. Meditation
evenings
are conducted in a traditional manner beginning with the soothing sound
of the harmonium and sing bowl, breathing practices, and a series of Om's followed by silence. |

About Jacob Felder
Jacob was
first
introduced to meditation techniques in 1975 and received his Mantra from Sri Swami Satchidananda in 1978. Having discovered the deeper states of meditation in 2001 he has since developed the "Awareness Approach" to meditation. Over the past eight years he has taught several hundred of people to meditate. |
