About Jacob Felder

Jacob was first introduced to meditation techniques
in 1975 and received his Mantra from Sri Swami Satchidananda in 1978. Having discovered the deeper states of meditation in 2001 he has since developed The Awareness Approach to meditation. Over the past eight years he has taught several hundred of people to meditate.
